On the inside of the shell is a “7 ¼” sticker along with an Rawlings “R” logo sticker and MLB hologram sticker “DB 372503004”. On the underside of the bill is MLB hologram sticker “559218 FJ”. The MLB authentication website states this helmet was worn on 8/23/2011 in addition to, “TOP OF 9TH INNING VICTOR MARTINEZ BATTING LEFT USED THIS HELMET, HE FLIED OUT, PITCHER IS KYLE FARNSWORTH”. On the back is the player number “41” decal and below is an official “MLB” logo. On the front is the team’s Detroit “D” logo. This helmet is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used by Victor Martinez and in our opinion shows use.
