Steve Young was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2005. Young was a three-time Super Bowl champion and a two time NFL MVP. He holds the records for rushing touchdowns by a quarterback (43) and touchdown passes thrown in a Super Bowl (6). On the front left tail is a “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached is a size “44” flag tag. Adjacent is a “95” year swatch. On the v-neck is an official “NFL” shield logo embroidered. Player number “8” appears on the front, on the back and on both sleeves. Across the back reads the player name, “YOUNG” on a white mesh nameplate. All numbering and lettering are done in red tackle twill. Adjacent to the player number on each sleeve is a “Wilson Sports” logo embroidered. Young signed the jersey inside the back player number “8” in black marker and in our opinion, rates an 8 overall. Opened quarterback sleeves. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA and a 49ers LOA.
