On the front left tail is an “APEX” manufacturer’s tag. Attached is a size “44” flag tag and there’s another tag that has been cut off. On the left chest is an “NFL 75” year anniversary patch. Player number “81” appears on the front and on the back. Across the back reads player name, “CARTER” on a blue nameplate. All numbering and lettering are done in the same grey tackle twill. On each sleeve is an “APEX” logo embroidered. Carter signed inside the front player number “8” in blue marker and in our opinion rates a 8 overall. On the inside cloth on the pants is an “APEX” manufacturer’s tag. Attached is a size “32” flag tag and a tag that reads, “SHORT”. On the inside rear seam is a tag with washing instructions and a “UNITED GARMENT WORKERS AMERICA” tag. Inside on the waistline, the player number “81” is written in blue pen. ON the right thigh area is an “APEX” logo embroidered. Below, Carter signed the pants in blue marker and in our opinion rates an 8 overall. Custom opened sleeves. This uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
