On the front left tail is a “Sand-Knit” manufacturer’s tag that reads, “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the ST. LOUIS CARDINALS”. The number “88” is written on it in black marker. The tag says "ST. LOUIS CARDINALS" but the team moved to Phoenix for the 1988 season, meaning this jersey is a possible carry over as the style did not change. Below is a “Sand-Knit” size “44” manufacturer’s tag. On the right inseam is a “100% NYLON” tag with washing instructions and adjacent is another tag with washing instructions. Player number “30” appears on the front, on the back and on both shoulders painted in red with a black border. Across the back reads player name, “S. MITCHELL” painted in red on a white nameplate. Below each player number on the shoulder is a Cardinals team logo. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light use.
