The top panel features the Lakers logo in gold with two Larry O'Brien Championship Trophies to commemorate the team’s back-to-back Championships. The Lakers logo sits atop a diamond-encrusted basketball. The ring has a total diamond weight of approximately three carats. The left panel reads “2009” below one of the Larry O'Brien Championship Trophies, along with the recipient’s name “GREULICH” above a panel that has been laser-etched with team logo and the signatures of Phil Jackson and all 13 of the players on the 2009-10 Lakers; adjacent below is a panel with “SWEET SIXTEEN” in relief. The right panel reads “2010” below one of the Larry O'Brien Championship Trophies, along with the playoff series records for the Lakers on the path to their sixteenth title, “4 OKC 2 - 4 UTA 0 - 4 PHX 2 - 4 BOS 3”.
