On the front left tail is a “Champion” size “44” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Adjacent is a “Champion” manufacturer’s tag that reads, “DESIGNED & TAILORED 96-97 EXCLUSIVELY FOR UTAH JAZZ BODY LENGTH +2”. On the left inseam is a materials tag. On the left chest is an official “NBA” logo embroidered in gold-colored stitching. Across the front reads, “JAZZ” in a light blue and purple on white tackle twill. Player number “14” appears on the front and on the back in purple on white on green tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name, “HORNACEK” in purple tackle twill sewn directly onto the white mesh jersey. Hornacek signed the jersey below the player name in black marker and in our opinion rates a 7 overall. On the inside of the rear waistline is a “Champion” manufacturer’s tag that reads, “DESIGNED & TAILORED EXCLUSIVELY FOR UTAH JAZZ RISE +1 INSEAM +1”. Adjacent is a “Champion” size “34” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions and the player number “14” is written on it in black marker. On the center seam is a “100% POLYESTER” tag and”1996-1997” year tag. On the right thigh area is an official “NBA” logo embroidered in gold-colored stitching and adjacent is a “UJ” logo patch. This uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
