On the front left tail is a “Nike” size “50” manufacturer’s tag. Attached is a flag tag that reads, “LENGTH +4”. On the left seam is a “DRI FIT” tag. On the left inseam is a tag with washing instructions and a Nike “2001-02” year tag. Billups started to play on the Pistons at the start of the 2002-03 season, so the jersey is a carry over from the previous season. On the left chest is an official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads, “PISTONS”. Player number “1” appears on the front and on the back. These are done in the same red on blue tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name, “BILLUPS” in blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the white jersey. Billups signed the jersey inside the back player number “1” in black pen with the added inscription, “To: SS RC,” and in our opinion rates an 8 overall. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
