Circa 1972 Sidney Wicks Rookie Era Portland Trail Blazers Game-Used Home Jersey (RoY Season • Pounded)

In his rookie season, Sidney Wicks earned Rookie of the Year honors by averaging 24.5 points per game, 11.5 rebounds per game and 4.3 assists per game. On the front left tail is a “Sand-Knit” size “42” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Above is a “OREGON Athletic WASHINGTON Athletic” distributor’s tag. Across the chest reads, “blazers”. Player number “21” appears on the front and on the back. These are done in red on black tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name, “WICKS” in red tackle twill with a black-stitched outline sewn directly onto the white jersey. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use.
