On the front center tail is a “1976” year tag and attached adjacent is a tag with washing instructions. Sans Mass. Bicentennial patch and Tom Yawkey memorial armband. Below inside the rear collar is a “McAULIFFE UNIFORM CORP.” manufacturer’s tag with a size “44” tag below. Across the front reads, “RED SOX”. On the back is player number “19”. Both of these are done in the same red on navy blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the jersey. On the front of the jersey are four signatures: Bob Montgomery (black), Luis Tiant (black), Fred Lynn (blue), and Rico Petrocelli (blue). In our opinion, the signatures rate a 7 overall. This is not being presented as a game-used jersey. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
