On the front left tail is a “Rawlings” size “42” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached is a flag tag that reads, “SET 1 1985”. The jersey is a carryover from the 1985 season, Sierra wore No. 47 during Spring Training and then switched to No. 3 at the start of the regular season. Across the chest reads, “Rangers”. Player number “47” appears on the front and on the back. These are done in blue on red tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name, “SIERRA” in blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the white jersey. On the left sleeve is the team’s state of Texas “Rangers” logo patch. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
