On the front left tail is a “RUSSELL ATHLETIC” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached below is a size “46 100% POLYESTER” tag. Below is a tag with, “2-01” on it. Across the chest reads, “Braves” with the team’s Tomahawk logo below. On the back is the player number “45”. These are done in red on navy blue tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name, “O. PEREZ” in navy blue tackle twill on a white nameplate. Above is an official “MLB” logo embroidered. On the left sleeve is a “Russell Athletic” logo embroidered with a “41” baseball memorial patch above for Eddie Mathews. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an additional LOA.
