On the front left tail is a “COOPERSTOWN COLLECTION Mitchell & Ness” manufacturer’s tag. Below is a white strip tag with, “T.B.C. 6-28-97” embroidered on it. On the left inseam is a “100% NYLON” tag with washing instructions. On the inside below the rear collar is a “Mitchell & Ness” manufacturer’s tag with a size “L” flag tag attached. Across the chest reads, “ATLANTA”. On the back is the player number “45”. These are done in red felt on black felt lettering sewn directly onto the jersey. On the left sleeve is a “Jackie Robinson 50TH 1947 1997 BREAKING BARRIERS” patch. Byrd signed the jersey on the right chest area in black marker and in our opinion rates a 7 overall. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA and an LOA from Danny Goodwin, an Executive Director of the Atlanta Braves Foundation.
