“Sports Illustrated” cover with a photograph of Johnny Unitas dated “JULY 10, 1972”. The cover is in plastic and is attached to a base. Below the cover on the base reads, “JOHNNY UNITAS H.O.F. 1979”. Unitas signed the cover in blue marker with the added inscription, “H.O.F. ‘79” and in our opinion, rates a 9 overall. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
