Black satin boxing trunks sans manufacturers tagging. The left leg features a “USA” shield patch embroidered in red, white and blue. The right leg features an “All-American” triangle-shaped patch embroidered in red, white and blue. Tyson has signed the left leg along with the added inscription, “Baddest Man on the Planet”. The signature is done in silver marker and, in our opinion, rates an 8 overall. The trunks were presented to us as fight worn and, in our opinion, show appropriate wear. Tyson wore this style of trunks from 1990 to 1996 and fought in ten fights during that span. We were told by our consignor that these trunks were recently brought to a Tyson signing in Las Vegas where Tyson instantly recognized them as being his fight worn trunks. Sourced from a member of his entourage 10+ years ago. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA for the signature as well as a photo of Tyson signing the trunks.
