15” x 18” Donald “Slick” Watts wooden awards plaque. At the bottom is a 12” x 5” bronze plaque engraved with “PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL ASS’N OF AMERICA 1976 STEAL LEADER TO SLICK WATTS OF THE SEATTLE SUPERSONICS”. Adjacent above is a 8” x 10” black and white photo of Watts. The plaque is in EX-NM condition. Accompanied by a LOA from Watts and a white game-used headband.
