In 1996, David Robinson was named one of the 50 Greatest Players in NBA History as part of the league’s 50th Anniversary celebration. “The Admiral” won two NBA Championships, was named the MVP of the 1994-95 season and was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2009. Robinson played 14 seasons in the NBA, all with the San Antonio Spurs. On the front left tail is the “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and size “50”. Adjacent to the left is another “Champion” manufacturer’s tag reading “DESIGNED & TAILORED EXCLUSIVELY FOR SAN ANTONIO SPURS 96/97” and “BODY LENGTH +2”. On the left inseam are two tags, one with “100% NYLON” and the other “4” EXTRA BODY LENGTH” in faded blue print. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered in gold for the NBA’s 50th Season. Across the front reads “SPURS” with the “U” as a “Spurs” logo in white and black on silver tackle twill. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “50” in white on silver tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “ROBINSON” in white tackle twill. On the inner rear waistband on the shorts is the “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and size “40”. Adjacent to the left is another “Champion” manufacturer’s tag reading “DESIGNED & TAILORED EXCLUSIVELY FOR NBA 50TH ANNIVERSARY 1996 - 1997” with “#50” written in black marker. On the rear inseam are four tags reading “100% NYLON”, “2 INCH EXTRA INSEAM”, “2 INCH EXTRA RISE” and “1996-1997” with “13” written on the back in blue ink. On the front right leg is the official “NBA” logo embroidered in gold for the NBA’s 50th Season. On the side of each leg is the “Spurs” logo embroidered in black and white. The uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
