On the front left tail is the “adidas” manufacturer’s tag with size “2XL” and a flag tag reading “LENGTH +2””. Adjacent to the left is a “NBA AUTHENTICS” tag with serial number “CBU01233”. On the left inseam are two tags, one reading the size “2XL2”, a list of body fabrics and wash instructions and the other tag reading “01/11 P55122 AZB001”. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered in red, white and blue. Across the front reads “BULLS” in red tackle twill with a black embroidery trim. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “5” in red mesh with a black embroidery trim on a white tackle twill outline. Under the rear collar is the Chicago “Bull” logo embroidered in red, white and black. Across the back is the player name “BOOZER” in red on black tackle twill. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from Chicago Bulls Charities.
