This size 10, 10k gold salesman’s sample ring weighs 36 grams. The top panel of the ring reads “1982 WORLD CHAMPIONS” surrounding eight synthetic round-cut diamonds and an amethyst-like stone and the casted image of the Lakers logo. We were told by our consignor that this was a special design for the Lakers’ front office employees. The left panel features the casted image of The Forum above “THE FORUM” in relief below. The right panel features the casted image of the official NBA logo. The inside of the ring is stamped “PROPERTY OF JOSTEN’S NOT FOR RESALE” and engraved “10K ©” along with the Josten’s logo and the serial number “03986-6”. The ring is in MINT condition.
