Ronnie Lester game-used jersey from the University of Iowa where his number 12 has since been retired. Lester was named to the First Team All-Big Ten and was an All-American at Iowa. He was eventually selected 10th overall in the 1980 NBA draft by the Portland Trail Blazers, but was immediately traded to the Chicago Bulls where he spent the majority of his career. We were told by our consignor that this jersey was acquired/gifted directly from Ronnie. On the front left tail is the “POWERS” manufacturer’s tag with size “42” and wash instructions on the back. Across the front reads “Iowa”. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “12”. All lettering and numbering is done in yellow on white tackle twill. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
