On the left front tail is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “42”. Across the front, on the back and on both the left and right sleeves is the player number “45” in navy blue and burnt orange vinyl. Across the back is the player name “FENCIK” done in the same vinyl on a white mesh nameplate. On the left sleeve is the “GSH” memorial letters commemorating the death of owner George Stanley Halas also in the same navy blue and burnt orange vinyl. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
