The jersey is sans manufacturing tagging. Across the front, on the back and on both the left and right sleeves is the player number “18”. Across the back is the player name “TOMCZAK” on a white mesh nameplate. All lettering and numbering is done in navy blue and burnt orange vinyl. On the left sleeve is the “GSH” memorial letters commemorating team owner George Stanley Halas also in the same navy blue and burnt orange vinyl. There are several minor repairs throughout the jersey and a larger one on the right shoulder. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use.
