On the front left tail is the “Reebok” manufacturer’s tag with two flag tags reading “48” and “4” L.B.”. On the right inseam is the “100% POLYESTER” tag with wash instructions. Just below the rear collar are two white strip tags, one reading “07-48” and the other reading “S4” both in black screenprint. Adjacent below is the “CLEVELAND BROWNS” inventory barcode “WHGJ48S4”. On the v-neck is the official “NFL” logo embroidered in red, white, blue and silver. Adjacent below reads “BROWNS” embroidered in brown. On the right chest is the captain’s “C” patch embroidered in white, brown and gold. Across the front, on back and on each shoulder is the player number “31”. Across the back is the player name “LEWIS” on a white nameplate. All lettering and numbering is done in brown tackle twill. On the left sleeve are the initials “AL” embroidered in white, brown and orange commemorating the death of Browns owner Al Lerner. On each sleeve is the Reebok logo embroidered in brown and white. Lewis has signed the back of the jersey in silver marker with the added inscriptions “#31” and “Game Used”, in our opinion the large signature rates a 7. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and shows light use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
