The Green Bay Packers of the 1960s were God's team. And when saints with names like Lombardi, Starr, Hornung, Taylor, Nitschke and Adderley went marching, they carried their equipment in duffel bags like this one, which has clearly survived some heavy-duty manhandling over the years. The classic Packer green and yellow colors have held up well, and the wear of locker rooms and muddy fields make the 18" x 26" bag an authentic memento of the days when real men played real football. To make the point further, on each end of the bag are the words "Green Bay Packers" in stately green lettering.
