5 ½” x 8 ¼” single fold pamphlet from the “SECOND EUROPEAN AUTOMATED MANUFACTURING CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION AUTOMAN ‘83” held in “Birmingham, 16-19 May 1983”. The pamphlet has been signed by American astronaut Neil Armstrong in blue marker with the added inscription “To Tony”, in our opinion the signature rates a 9. He was invited to the event as a speaker with the title of “Director, Cincinnati Milacron Inc., USA”. The pamphlet is in EX-NM condition. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
