Two volume set of Harry Truman’s memoirs, volume one “Year of Decisions” and volume two “Years of Trial and Hope”. Both volumes are published by “DOUBLEDAY & COMPANY, INC.” in “1955” and “1956” respectively. The hardcovers are both signed by President Harry Truman in blue ballpoint pen with the added inscriptions “To Major John A. Hogda” and the date “4-7-67”, in our opinion the signatures rate an almost perfect 10. Each volume contains a red, white and blue dust jacket. Some separation to the hinge of “Trial and Hope” and some chipping to dust jackets of both. The books are both in excellent condition. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
