“REACH” manufactured OAL Cronin baseball signed by 27 members of the 1960 American League Champion New York Yankees. Notable signatures include Hall of Famers Yogi Berra (ss)(1960 All-Star), Mickey Mantle (ss)(1960 All-Star and AL Home Run Champion), Whitey Ford (1960 All-Star) and Casey Stengel. Other notable signatures include Roger Maris (1960 All-Star, AL MVP, Gold Glove Outfielder and AL RBI Champion), Jim Coates (1960 All-Star), Bobby Shantz (1960 Gold Glove Pitcher), Elston Howard (1960 All-Star) and Bobby Richardson, the only World Series MVP selected from the losing team with a .367 batting average, 12 RBI and 8 runs scored in 7 games. Additional signatures include: Billy Shantz, Joe DeMaestri, Bob Turley, Ralph Terry, Luis Arroyo, Kent Hadley, Duke Maas, Bill Short, Eli Grba, Tony Kubek, Johnny Blanchard, Bob Cerv, Gil McDougald, Ryne Duren, and coaches Eddie Lopat, Ralph Houk, Jim Hegan and Spud Murray who was the Yankees first full-time batting practice coach. All signatures are done in two different shades of blue ballpoint pen and in our opinion the signatures rate from a 7 to 8. The ball is in NM condition with some slight toning. Accompanied by a full LOA from PSA/DNA, NM+ 7.5 and an additional LOA from JSA.
