This size 9, 10k gold players ring weighs 10 grams. This ring was presented to Hall of Famer Rick Ferrell at the 1983 MLB All-Star Game to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the very first MLB All-Star Game. Ferrell started at catcher for the America League in the 1933 All-Star Game, his first of eight appearances in the “Midsummer Classic”. The top of the ring features a synthetic pink star sapphire. The left panel reads “ALL STAR 1933”. The right panel reads “BASEBALL”. The inside of the ring is stamped “LX” and engraved with “10K” and the player’s initials “RF”. The ring is in NM condition. Accompanied by an additional LOA.
