Al Kaline played his entire 22 year career for the Tigers, being elected to 18 All-Star Games. He was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1980. On the inner dome is the “AMERICAN BASEBALL CAP” tag. The inner padding is still intact. Player number “6” is stencilled on the back and on the outer bill. The Old English “D” is painted on front. The helmet is cracked on the dome. Kaline has signed the left side in silver marker, in our opinion the signature rates a 9. The helmet is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
