On the inner rear collar of the jersey is the reinforced “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag with size “40, wash instructions and a flag tag reading “SET 1 1981”. Across the front reads “CHICAGO”. Across the back reads “LA RUSSA”. Adjacent below is the manager number “10”. All lettering and numbering is done in navy blue tackle twill. The undershirt is sans manufacturing tagging. On the inner rear collar are the remnants of a tag that was removed. On the front of the turtle neck is the player number “10” embroidered in white. On the inner rear waistband of the pants is the “Sand-Knit” manufacturer’s tag with size “LARGE” and wash instructions. Adjacent to the right is “#10” written in black marker. There is a large repair on the lower right leg. “TIGER” manufactured navy blue and white cleats. On the inside of each cleat is the size “12” tag. The back of each tongue reads “La Russa #10” written in black marker. On the back of each reads “TIGER” in white. On the bottom of each white with blue striped sock is “#10-80” written in black marker. The uniform ensemble was presented to us as managers-worn and shows wear.
