Hall of Famer Joe Torre worn jersey from the Cardinals 1969 season. On the front left tail is the “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag with size “44”. Adjacent below is “Torre 69” in red chain-stitching. Adjacent below are the wash instructions with a flag tag reading “SET 1 1969”. Across the front reads “Cardinals” in red chain-stitch embroidery. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “9”. Across the back is the player name “TORRE” which has been restored. All are done in red on navy blue felt. On the left sleeve is a large official MLB “100TH ANNIVERSARY” patch embroidered in red, white and blue which was also restored. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by a LOA.
