We were told by our consignor that the baseball was originally obtained by a family member who worked security at the New York stadiums in the 1960s. “REACH” manufactured Cronin baseball signed by 18 members of the 1963 New York Mets. Notable signature includes Manger and Hall of Famer Casey Stengel (ss). Additional signatures include: Ed Bauta, Joe Hicks, Grover Powell, Roger Craig, Al Jackson (CH), Choo Choo Coleman, Ron Hunt (CH), Joe Christopher (CH), Duke Snider (CH), Frank Thomas (CH), Duke Carmel, Tracy Stallard, Marv Throneberry, Carl Willey, Al Moran (CH) and Joe Hickman. All signatures are done in black ballpoint pen except for Grover Powell who signed in light blue ballpoint pen, in our opinion the signatures rate from a 7 to 8. The ball is in NM condition. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
