On the front left tail is an “adidas” manufacturer’s tag. Attached are four flag tags that read, “50”, “CLIMALITE”, “2007-2008” and “+4 LENGTH”. On the left chest is an official “NBA” logo embroidered in red, white and blue. Across the chest reads, “WEST” and below is the player number “5” in red on blue tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name, “BOOZER” in red tackle twill sewn directly onto the jersey. Below is the player number “5” with a star on each side of it in red on white tackle twill. Above the player name is a “UTAH JAZZ” logo patch. This jersey is properly tagged and was presented to us as a pro-cut jersey.
