On the inner rear collar is the “reebok” manufacturer’s tag and a flag tag with player number “15” that has been crossed out in black marker, the player number “54” adjacent below, a list of body fabrics and “3XL TALL”. Matt Harpring (#15) and Mikki Moore (#51) both played for the 2003-04 Utah Jazz. Under the front collar is the official Reebok logo embroidered in white. Across the front is “UTAH JAZZ”. On the left sleeve is the Jazz “musical note” logo. Both are embroidered in purple, yellow, green and white. On the rear right tail is the number “79” in yellow tackle twill with trim embroidered in white. Adjacent above is the official “NBA” logo embroidered in crimson, silver and navy. This shirt is properly tagged, was presented to us as worn and shows wear.
