On the front left tail is the “adidas” manufacturer’s tag with size “2XL” and a flag tag “LENGTH +2”. Adjacent to the left is a “NBA AUTHENTICS” tag with serial number “CBU00420”. On the left inseam are two tags, one with the size “2XL2”, a list of body fabrics and wash instructions and the other tag reading “01/11 P55121 AZB001”. On the inner rear collar is a size “2XL2” tag. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered in red, white and blue. Across the front reads “BULLS” in black tackle twill with a white embroidery trim. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “5” in black mesh with a white embroidery trim on a red tackle twill outline. On the upper back is the Chicago “Bull” logo embroidered in red, black and white. Across the back is the player name “BOOZER” in black on white tackle twill. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from Chicago Bulls Charities.
