On the front left tail is the “adidas” manufacturer’s tag with size “XL” and a flag tag reading “LENGTH +2””. Adjacent to the left is a “NBA AUTHENTICS” tag with serial number “CBU00534”. Adjacent above is the Hardwood Classics “HWC NIGHTS” tag. On the left inseam are two tags, one reading the size “XL2”, a list of body fabrics and wash instructions and the other tag reading “10/12 X57553 AZB001”. On the inner rear collar is another tag with the size “XL2”. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered in red, white and navy blue. Across the front reads “BULLS” in red with black trim on white tackle twill. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “14” in red mesh with a black embroidery trim on a white tackle twill outline. Across the back is the player name “COOK” in the same red with black trim on white tackle twill. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
