The ball has been signed by 18 members of the ABA Indiana Pacers all in black marker. Player signatures include: Don Buse, Bill Newton, Bob Arnzen, Ron Bonham, Tom Thacker, Jimmy Rayl, Jerry Harkness, Darnell Hillman, Freddie Lewis, George McGinnis, Don Freeman, Rick Mount, Billy Keller and Bob Netolicky. Additional signatures include: Coach Bobby Leonard, announcer Jerry Baker, President and General Manager Mike Storen and co-founder of the ABA and the Indiana Pacers Dick Tinkham.
