On the front left tail is the “Champion” manufacturer’s tag with size “44” and wash instructions. Adjacent to the left is another “Champion” tag with “USA BASKETBALL” and “DESIGNED & TAILORED EXCLUSIVELY FOR 1994 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP OF BASKETBALL TORONTO”. On the left inseam are two tags, one reading “100% POLYESTER” and the other reading “2” EXTRA BODY LENGTH”. On the left chest is the Champion “C” embroidered in red, white and blue. Across the front reads “USA BASKETBALL”. Adjacent below and on back is the player number “1”. All are done in red and navy blue screenprint. Across the back is the player name “HARDAWAY” in red screenprint. Hardaway has signed the “1” on the back of the jersey in black marker with the added inscription “#1”, in our opinion the signature rates an 8. Tim Hardaway did not play due to an injury. We were told by our consignor that this jersey was obtained directly from Tim Hardaway. The jersey is properly tagged and was presented to us as team-issued. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
