6-3/4” x 8-3/4” President Dwight D. Eisenhower typed letter from Denver, Colorado on September 13, 1955, two weeks before his heart attack. Eisenhower replies to his brother regarding filling a staff position in the White House and also writes “P.S.: I just got the clipping about your 69. It is too bad you can’t find a pro to match your game!”. Eisenhower signed his initials “D.E.” in black ink, in our opinion the signature rates a near perfect 10. The letter is in NM condition with one fold and punch holes at the top. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA as well as a letter on a White House stationery from a staffer and a copy of his brother’s letter.
