2” x 1-1/4” original ticket stub from October 28, 1899 when Harvard defeated Carlisle 22-10. Harvard went on to a 10-0-1 record and were retroactively named co-national champions. The 1899 Harvard Crimson football team outscored their opponents 210 to 10. 1899 was also the first year of legendary football coach ''Pop'' Warner's reign at Carlisle. The stub reads “SEC. F” - ROW a - NO. 6” along with “Harvard vs. Carlisle - Oct. 28, 1899”. The ticket stub is in VG condition.
