“Converse” manufactured white cleats. On the back of each cleat is “CONVERSE” in black with the logo adjacent above. On both sides of each cleat is the Converse “Star” logo in grey. On the bottom and inner sole of the cleats read “CONVERSE”. Montana has signed the outer toe area on each cleat in blue ballpoint pen with the added inscription “11/23/81” (one day after the teams 33-31 victory over the LA Rams), in our opinion the signatures rate a 7 overall. The cleats are sans manufacturing tagging, were presented to us as game-used and in our opinion show wear. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA and an additional LOA from Joe Montana.
