It has been signed "Peter", and both the inscription and autograph rate a strong 8. The in near mint, 8 x 10 B&W Sinatra photo, is a copy of a 9/56 Paul Sawyer sketch. Sinatra has signed and inscribed the piece to his pal Col. Parker. The inscription and autograph rate a solid 9+.
