Prior to becoming the 39th President of the United States Ronald Reagan gained much notoriety as first an actor, and than a Governor. This beautifully piece features a black and white 8x10 picture framed and double matted with a check . The check is dated 1948 and has been filled out completely in Reagan's hand. The signature rates a strong 8 with the the only detractor being a a slight overlap of the bank cancellation. The piece is overall in excellent condition.
