During the last years of Richard Nixon's remarkable and controversial life, the former President had come to be regarded as an elder statesman, drawing from his half a century in public life to give advice to new generations of politicians and diplomats. This handsome, framed 8" x 10" color photograph was signed in black pen to a friend with the words "with best wishes from Richard Nixon." The signature is bright and clear and rates a strong 9, and the glass-covered photograph is in excellent condition.
