On the inside cushion of the batting helmet is a “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag. Adjacent is the “MLB ON FIELD EQUIPMENT” tag. On the inside rear cushion reads, “RAWLINGS S100 PRO COMP” and a size “7 ½” sticker is below. Inside the shell reads, “7 ½” in silver pen. On the inside cushion is a sticker that reads, “RAWLINGS 100 MPH PERFORMANCE RATING”. On the front is the team’s “C” logo embroidered in red stitching on white felt. On the back of the helmet is a decal of the player number “44” and the official “MLB” logo below. Above is MLB hologram sticker “365873HZ” and although the helmet shows heavy signs of use, was not authenticated in front of an MLB official and could not be named “Game-Used”. The helmet has major scuffing throughout the outer shell and has a multiple small cracks around the edges. This helmet is properly tagged, was presented to us as team-issued and in our opinion, shows excellent use. Accompanied by an additional LOA.
