Jack Youngblood was a two-time NFC Defensive Player of the Year and was named First-Team All-Pro five times. Youngblood was named to the NFL 1970s All-Decade Team, has his No. 85 retired by the St. Louis Rams and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2001. On the front left tail is a “Sand Knit” distributor’s tag that reads, “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the LOS ANGELES RAMS” and below is a “Sand-Knit” size “54” manufacturer’s tag. On the right inseam is a “100% NYLON” tag with washing instructions and adjacent is a tag with care instructions. The player number “85” appears on the front, on each sleeve and on the back in yellow vinyl lettering. Across the back reads the player name “JACK YOUNGBLOOD” in white vinyl lettering on a blue mesh nameplate. Youngblood’s signature is on the back player number “8” in black pen with the added inscription, “God Bless” according to JSA is clubhouse. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows little-to-no wear.
