This 1927 program of one of the two or three greatest teams of all-time is in very good to excellent condition. The cover is loose and has small tears at the top and bottom margins. There is also a small blemish at the lower right corner of the cover. The inside pages are creamy white and very clean, with no creases or blemishes. The "Murderers' Row" Yankee team swept a very good Pirates team, led by the Waner brothers, four games to none. The Yankees were led in hitting by Ruth, Gehrig and Combs who led the league in almost every offensive category. It was the year Ruth hit 60 home runs and the Yankee pitching staff led the American League in ERA.
