The 1929 World Series pitted Connie Mack's Athletics against Joe McCarthy's Cubs. With the team rosters reading like a who's who of Hall of Fame players The series featured players like Foxx, Simmons, Cochrane, Cuyler, and Hornsby. The Athletics went on to win in a wonderful display of post season play. The cover of the program has been separated and reattached using tape and has some wear. Aside from this, the program gives an excellent appearance with minor discoloration. Inside are full body pictures and an unscored scorecard.
