On the front left tail is an upside down “STARTER” manufacturer’s tag that reads, “Designed And Tailored Exclusively For The NEW YORK KNICKS BY STARTER”. Attached are two flag tags that read “42” and “97/98” respectively. On the left inseam is a materials tag with washing instructions. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads, “NEW YORK” and the player number “3” appears on both the front and on the back. These are done in orange on blue tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name “STARKS” in blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the white mesh jersey. Starks signed the jersey in black pen adjacent from the front player number “3”, and in our opinion rates an 8 overall. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion show appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
