Approximately 4” x 5 ¼” black and white photograph of Lou Gehrig and Babe Dahlgren. Dahlgren replaced Lou Gehrig in the lineup on May 2nd, 1939, which ended Gehrig's 14-year, 2,130 consecutive game streak. Signatures on photo are both done in a black fountain pen and in our opinion, rates a 8-9 overall. This photo is sourced from the Durocher estate and is accompanied by a JSA LOA which states that the Gehrig autograph is of the secretarial variety making this more of a nice display piece than anything else.
