Hall of Famer Frank Frisch played every game like it was his last, and did it for 17 years. Hitting a career .316, the "Fordham Flash" drove the New York Giants to four pennants before becoming the leader of the "Gas House Gang" Cardinals that won four more flags in the 1930s. Three years before his death in 1973, Frisch apparently attended a game at Jarry Park in Montreal when he signed this ball with the inscription, "To Paul, Best Wishes, The Old Flash, Frank Frisch." The signature and writing is in blue pen and rates a solid 9. On the other side is written in black ink, "Montreal les 5 Jullet, 1970, Jarry Park."
